You will install, commission, optimise and maintain automated manufacturing systems to ensure production runs efficiently, reliably, and at maximum capacity. Your work will involve continuous process improvement through strategic technology upgrades. Responsibilities will include: Program various PLCs, VFDs, and electronic equipment, Analyse data transfer issues between PLC and MES. Lead automation projects and assist with critical breakdowns. Ensure all new installations meet strict company standards. Draft documentation for maintenance and optimization processes. Travel to various plants for installations, consultations, and inspections.
