Responsibilities: * Ensure engineering products, services and practices comply with applicable quality management systems and standards. * Investigate and address non-conformances and drive corrective and preventive actions. * Support continuous improvement and operational optimisation initiatives. * Manage contractors and service providers to ensure quality and performance compliance. * Ensure adherence to SHERQ requirements within area of responsibility. * Lead and develop people while promoting strong work ethics and accountability.
