Client Interview Process    : possible multiple interviews Company Overview: Self storage Duties and Responsibilities: * Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead financial planning and analysis for our multi-state storage facilities, ensuring alignment with growth and profitability goals. * Financial Modelling: Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support forecasting and key business decisions. * Operational & Business Insight: Collaborate with operations and business development teams to integrate financial insights with strategic objectives. * Tax Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate tax reporting and compliance for multiple entities, including our management company and private equity structure. * Financial Projections: Provide detailed financial projections, including revenue forecasts, cost analysis, capital requirements, and ROI evaluations for ongoing and new projects. * Investment Analysis & Underwriting: Conduct in-depth financial analysis for new acquisition opportunities, including property valuation, financing options, and preparation of underwriting materials for investors and lenders. * Investor Relations & Fundraising: Support capital raising efforts by engaging with investors and financial institutions, overseeing investor reporting, and maintaining strong investor relations. * Real Estate Portfolio Oversight: Manage the financial performance of our $100 million real estate portfolio, delivering strategic financial analysis and growth tracking. * Growth Strategy: Contribute to our rapid expansion strategy, aiming to grow to over 200 self-storage facilities within the next five years.
