Premium Ad Finance/Accounting - Other Finance/Accounting Mpumalanga FULL TIME Job Summary Description: Hire Resolve's Client is currently looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join their mining company based in Mpumalanga. You will be responsible for managing the organisation’s financial performance, compliance, reporting and cost control while leading a high-performing finance team. Responsibilities: * Manage overall financial operations and reporting. * Prepare budgets and track performance against financial plans. * Produce financial statements and management reports. * Oversee cost accounting and cost control activities. * Ensure compliance with tax, statutory and HSEQ requirements. * Lead and develop a high-performing finance team. Requirements: * Grade 12 * BCom Hons Degree in Finance or related * 5 years' finance experience in a middle management position (MUST be within the mining/manufacturing industry) * Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and relevant corporate and tax legislation. * Commercially astute with an understanding of financial markets and business drivers. * Effective leadership, decision-making, coordination and conflict resolution skills. * Ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships. * Solid computer literacy with practical operational proficiency.
