The successful intern will support the communications and employee engagement team at Momentum Distribution Services (MDS). This internship allows graduates to develop professional skills while assisting with internal and external communication initiatives, campaigns, digital communication platforms, and corporate events. Internship Overview The Communications Intern will assist with planning, research, development, and delivery of communication activities across the organisation. The role focuses on ensuring clear and consistent messaging while supporting employee engagement campaigns, events, and digital communications. Interns will gain exposure to the daily operations of a professional communications team in a corporate environment. Duties and Responsibilities Internal Communications Support * Assist with research, drafting, and editing communication content such as newsletters, announcements, and internal updates. * Support the compilation and distribution of internal communication mailers and announcements. * Upload communication content to communication platforms. * Proofread communication materials to ensure accuracy and alignment with corporate identity guidelines. Content Development * Assist in creating engaging content for communication campaigns and employee engagement initiatives. * Support development of presentations, posters, and email communications. * Assist with sourcing multimedia content for campaigns. Event and Campaign Support * Assist in coordinating communication and engagement events. * Support promotional material distribution for internal campaigns. * Provide on-site support during internal events or activations. Stakeholder Engagement * Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather communication updates and content. * Support collaboration with Human Capital, marketing teams, and business units. * Assist with managing communication inboxes and responding to queries.
