Applicants should also have experience with project planning tools such as: * Microsoft Project. * Primavera. Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills are also required. Job Purpose The internship involves supporting the execution of project work across different aspects of Project Management. This includes: * Project planning. * Preparing project meetings. * Preparing meeting minutes. * Preparing reports. * Coordinating project activities. * Communicating with internal stakeholders. * Communicating with customers when required. Key Responsibilities The successful intern will support Senior Project Managers with activities including: * Preparing Environmental, Health and Safety plans with support from the EHS Manager or Site Safety Officer. * Supporting project setup. * Supporting project execution. * Supporting project close-out activities. * Participating in daily management discussions. * Attending project meetings. * Coordinating project documentation. * Working with Project Administrators. * Working with Project Document Controllers. * Ensuring project documentation remains up to date.
