About the YES Programme The YES Programme is a national initiative aimed at reducing youth unemployment in South Africa by providing meaningful workplace experience to young people. Participants will receive: * 12 months of workplace experience * Exposure to retail operations and customer service * The opportunity to develop professional and personal skills * Experience that can help improve future employment prospects Minimum Requirements To qualify for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria: * Must be between 18 and 28 years old * Matric (Grade 12) is preferred * Must be available to work on a 12-month fixed-term contract * Must not have been permanently employed with a single employer for more than 1 year * Must not be studying full-time during the employment period (April 2026 – March 2027) * Must not have participated in the YES Programme before * Must be responsible for their own accommodation and transportation if required Employment Equity Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups in accordance with the Employment Equity Act.
